This role focuses on final verification of compounded prescriptions and comprehensive review of prescription orders for clinical appropriateness and regulatory compliance. This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with a standard weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final pharmacist verification of compounded prescriptions before dispensing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to applicable regulations.
• Verify prescription orders for appropriate clinical use, correct dosages, accurate patient information, potential drug interactions, formulation integrity, and proper labeling.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a pharmacist, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a closed-door pharmacy setting.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shift
