Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Knoxville, TN

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive demand for rheumatology treatments in the Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Huntsville area. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers while executing territory strategies to expand patient access to the company's immunology pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging market data and customer insights
• Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals and affiliated staff
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on schedule

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Demonstrated rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and executing business objectives
• Experience developing and executing territory and account plans
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
• Must reside within assigned territory (Knoxville, Chattanooga, Huntsville area)

Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base annual salary
