Territory Manager - Knoxville/Chattanooga

Becton Dickinson seeks a Territory Manager for the Knoxville/Chattanooga region to drive sales of infection prevention and biosurgery products. The role involves managing territory accounts, educating clinical staff, and meeting sales targets through direct engagement with surgeons, physicians, and hospital decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Present and provide in-service training on product use to surgeons, OR staff, and hospital personnel
• Develop new customer accounts and expand sales within designated territory
• Meet territory sales and profitability goals
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate updates on pricing, inventory, and company policies to customers
• Conduct minimum three OR visits and four surgeon contacts daily with organized route planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
• Minimum 2 years sales or marketing experience
• Operating room or medical device sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years consecutive driving history
• Ability to work in operating room environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Documented successful sales performance track record
