We're partnering with a well-established organization in the healthcare space that is looking to add a Payroll Specialist to its growing payroll team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning payroll from start to finish, solving problems, and serving as a key resource for employees and operational leaders. This role also offers exposure to a payroll system implementation and long-term career growth beyond traditional payroll processing responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process full-cycle payroll for multiple entities across several states • Manage payroll accuracy, compliance, reconciliations, and payroll reporting • Partner with field leaders and employees to answer payroll and timekeeping questions • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and complex payroll issues • Support garnishments, employment verifications, unemployment requests, and related payroll activities • Assist with timekeeping administration and ensure accurate transfer of employee data • Contribute to payroll process improvements and upcoming system initiatives • Serve as a resource for payroll compliance, taxes, and wage and hour questions

What We're Looking For

• Full-cycle payroll experience with the ability to independently own payroll processing • Multi-state payroll experience • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Experience working directly with employees and managers to resolve payroll questions • Comfortable navigating payroll systems and timekeeping platforms • ADP experience is preferred but not required • Someone who enjoys problem-solving, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annually
