Growing together.The Technical Product Manager serve as the primary bridge between business and technology teams, facilitating clear communication and decision-making in order to leverage customer insights and feedback to continuously improve Advocate Central's capabilities.You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Owns backlog prioritization and roadmap alignmentTranslating business needs into user storiesDriving Agile deliveryManaging dependencies and tradeoffsEnsuring solutions deliver measurable business valueLeverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field3+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or related role3+ years of experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices3+ years of experience managing product backlogs, prioritization, and tradeoffs across business and technical stakeholders3+ years of experience in translating customer insights and business needs into actionable user stories and requirements3+ years of experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, including backlog refinement and sprint planning activities 3+ years of experience balancing customer experience, business priorities, and technical constraints to drive product decisionsPreferred Qualifications:Ability to showcase and demonstrate critical thinking skillStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholdersExperience owning or supporting a product/module roadmap and release planningExperience translating strategy into roadmaps, OKRs, and delivery objectivesFamiliarity with product management tools (e.g., Aha!, Rally, Jira) and backlog management practicesExperience working in enterprise-scale or healthcare technology environmentsExposure to data-driven product decision-making and customer feedback analysisExperience managing cross-team dependencies and influencing stakeholders without authority*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
