Location: Dallas, TX

Base Salary:  $149,863–$187,329 annually

• Construction scheduling experience
• Responsibility for budgets, forecasts, cost control, change orders, and project profitability

Recent direct employment with a medium-to-large commercial General Contractor is required.

Candidates whose experience is primarily residential construction, specialty subcontracting, consulting, engineering, estimating-only, owner-side construction management, or non-construction project management are unlikely to meet the requirements.

Position Overview

A well-established commercial construction organization is seeking a highly experienced  Senior Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects in the Dallas market.

This role requires a senior-level construction professional capable of managing projects from preconstruction through final closeout while maintaining responsibility for financial performance, schedule, subcontractor management, client communication, and overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout
• Lead project planning, execution, and overall delivery
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and profitability
• Lead preconstruction activities and GMP development
• Manage subcontractor bidding, scope review, buyout, negotiations, and contract awards
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Manage project cost controls and identify financial risks
• Review and manage change orders
• Lead owner, architect, subcontractor, and internal project meetings
• Monitor subcontractor performance and schedule compliance
• Coordinate procurement and long-lead materials
• Resolve project, schedule, cost, and coordination issues
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved
• Lead substantial completion, punch list, and final closeout
• Mentor project managers, assistant project managers, and project staff

Required Skills & Experience

Project Management – Required

Candidates must have substantial hands-on responsibility for managing complex commercial construction projects from start to finish.

Commercial General Contractor Experience – Required

Candidates must have  recent experience working directly for a medium-to-large commercial General Contractor .

Financial Management – Required

Strong hands-on experience managing:
