Kapco Inc. is looking for a Brake Press Operator on 2nd shift at our Grafton, WI facility.Primary ResponsibilitiesSafely set-up and operate company production equipmentUnderstand and use measuring and testing equipmentRead and understand blueprints and other engineering specificationsPerform housekeeping, organization, documentation for quality and system labor reporting dailyAttend meetings and participates on continuous improvement projectsTroubleshoot both equipment and jobs, if neededFollow the production schedule for the area and reports sub-standard ratesOther duties as assignedAbout Kapco Metal StampingKapco is known for investing in its people and creating a culture of engagement, and is equally as committed to giving back to the community.
