Civil Engineer

Join a collaborative engineering team delivering impactful civil infrastructure projects from concept through construction. In this role, you'll lead the design and coordination of site development, stormwater, water/wastewater, and transportation projects while mentoring junior engineers and partnering with clients to deliver high-quality solutions. What You’ll Do: Lead civil engineering projects through planning, design, permitting, and construction administration. Prepare and review site, grading, utility, stormwater, and roadway plans using Civil 3D. Perform engineering analyses, cost estimates, technical reports, and permit documentation. Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to keep projects on track. Support project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control while mentoring junior engineers. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 3–8 years of civil engineering experience in consulting or infrastructure design. EIT required; PE preferred or actively pursuing licensure. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil design software. Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
