Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs.

• Perform thorough initial and ongoing assessments to understand client issues and needs, ensuring that care is personalized and responsive.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, along with follow-up strategies to monitor client progress and adapt to changing needs.

• Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings, contributing to collaborative discussions aimed at optimizing client outcomes and care strategies.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and agency policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including addiction, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and significant life transitions. You will also address critical social issues like gender identity and familial dynamics, particularly for clients with children or in high-risk situations. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• An active and appropriate California license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
