ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST

Provide responsive, white-glove technology support to executive-level end users and office staff. Deliver hands-on desktop, mobile, and Office 365 support to ensure leaders have reliable, secure, and productive technology at all times. Partner with enterprise technology teams to resolve issues quickly, maintain service level standards, and deliver a professional, high-quality support experience. Responsible for the technology infrastructure within enterprise locations. Drive technology policies and standards to ensure service level guidelines are met, and the overall technology outcomes are delivered on time and within budget. Foster communication and collaboration by supporting the Technology Leader in the role as the technology ambassador. RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee overall technology deployments from end to end spanning multiple disciplines Provide direction and partnership for project completion within each discipline to manage hardware installations, budget(s), vendor partnerships, milestones, and enterprise rollout schedules Drive service level agreement (SLA) achievement and scope of work (SOW) for technology maintenance providers Communicate with business stakeholders and vendor partners to monitor progress and opportunities that require action Collaborate with technology partners to ensure systems are operating at the defined standards to create successful outcomes for our enterprise locations Support and provide guidance to local leadership ensuring all facets of technology implementations are provided within enterprise standards Mentor entry level talent on multiple disciplines Coach and provide technology expertise to end users to create collaborative solutions Continuously develop efficiencies that enable process improvement, change management, and growth within enterprise locations Capture annual infrastructure refresh needs, manage expenses, and identify cost savings Travel independently to enterprise locations Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support to executive-level end users, executive assistants, and office staff with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and urgency Administer Office 365, including user account provisioning, licensing, mailbox and calendar delegation, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint access Troubleshoot and resolve Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 application issues Set up, configure, and support mobile devices (iOS and Android), including email, Teams, MFA, and mobile device management (MDM) enrollment Build, deploy, and maintain Windows images; perform imaging, provisioning, and configuration of new and refreshed workstations Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, docking stations, monitors, printers, peripherals, and conference room technology Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications, drivers, and operating system issues Prepare and support technology for executive meetings, presentations, and events Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation within SLA guidelines QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Any proven administrative and project management skills 2+ years of experience in supporting a specific technology domain or system Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products Ability to collaborate in a team environment Proven administrative and project management skills Ability to articulate technology information to all levels of the organization Advanced communication skills to effectively share information with business leaders and stakeholders Advanced knowledge and understanding of technology infrastructure, systems, procedures, and project life cycles QUALIFICATIONS Desired Bachelors Degree a technology discipline Any retail technology knowledge Any experience as a project manager 12 years of experience in desktop support Experience supporting executivelevel end users Strong Office 365 administrativelevel support experience (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, licensing, and user management) Experience with mobile client setup and support (iOS and Android) Experience with Windows imaging and workstation deployment Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting knowledge Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain composed and professional in highpressure situations Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Ability to communicate technical information clearly to all levels of the organization Ability to collaborate in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Kroger Family of Companies
