Senior Social Media ManagerWith an increasing reliance on digital communications with our members, employees, industry stakeholders and the community, Healthfirst is looking for a social media visionary with strong knowledge and skills to strengthen the company's brand awareness and reputation in the social media space. The Senior Social Media Manager must work across strategy, execution, and measurement, from driving overall engagement strategy to working with our creative team to develop compelling content, to optimizing and analyzing performance.Duties/ResponsibilitiesDevelops and implements comprehensive social media strategy including organic and paid campaigns to build our online communityAnalyzes engagement and performance data to enhance and optimize social channel performance, maintaining engagement and growth while pursuing new content archetypesDevelops and maintains online content strategy that supports the company's unique messaging, attracts attention, generates interest and is easily shared with social networksManages development of content including collaborating with our creative/video teams and providing copy for posts and graphics.Oversees community management and shares relevant information/issues from social to relevant Healthfirst teams.Performs as subject matter expert in social media, staying on top of the latest trends and uses of social media bringing innovative and creative ideas to the organizationEducates and liaises with company leaders to share information about programs and initiatives on social mediaAdditional duties as assigned include functioning in a leadership role overseeing social media manager and social media designer by assigning, reviewing, and approving work that aligns with our social media goals as well as overseeing the company's response strategy and implementation and expansion of our presence on social media to new channels.Some evening and weekend work will be required due to the "always on" nature of social media, including bi-monthly weekend monitoring of social channels.Minimum Qualifications:10+ years' professional experience in communications, including specific responsibilities related to social or digital mediaProven understanding of social media platforms, their unique audiences and how to use them to maximize branding and marketing effortsAbility to adhere to social media guidelines, rules and regulations, particularly as they pertain to the healthcare or other highly regulated businessesAbility to plan, present and implement comprehensive, best in class social media campaigns plans to boost brand image, drive growth and increase engagementSkills to optimize and refine our social strategy and identify new channels and distribution opportunities to connect with our audiences and meet business goalsMonitor, respond and interact with key audiences through social media platforms maintaining the voice of the companyIn-depth knowledge of analytics software, content management systems and social media platformsUnderstanding social media KPIs and ability to interpret data and analyticsAbility to communicate social media impactLeadership/people management skills that inspire both creativity and productivityWork collaboratively with teams across the enterprise to develop and execute creative ideas, strategies and contentPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; major in Social Media, Communications, Marketing, or JournalismStrong knowledge and experience with social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp and WeChatExpertise with social media planning tools such as Hootsuite or Social StudioProficiency with social listening, posting, and analytics tools.Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and best practicesAbility to multitask, exceptional time management skillsStrong writing skills that reflect the brand's objectives and current cultural trendsCritical thinker and problem solverAttention to detailGreat interpersonal, presentation and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, with the ability to work in teams and build good working relationshipsWE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
