M Property Services is seeking an Operations Coordinator to work closely with leadership while helping manage the moving parts behind a growing property management business. This role combines executive-level support with hands-on office operations, coordination, follow-through, documentation, and process improvement, making it ideal for someone who brings structure, initiative, and accountability to the workplace.

Salary: $40,000 - 50,000 (base + growth incentives)

Compensation:

$40,000 – $50,000 yearly base salary

Responsibilities:

• Support leadership with operational priorities, projects, and follow-through

• Coordinate internal workflows, tasks, documentation, and deadlines

• Help maintain organized office systems, records, and business processes

• Coordinate with team members, clients, vendors, and partners to keep work moving

• Identify operational gaps and help implement practical process improvements

Qualifications:

• Experience in office management, operations, executive administration, or a similar role

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership without constant direction

• Strong communicator who works confidently with different personalities

• Comfortable with CRM platforms, business technology, and improving processes
