Family Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities facilitating family meetings and providing in-home support to strengthen families in their homes coaching parents to have safe and nurturing time with their children who are placed in DCF custody, and supporting them to meet the needs of their children in the moment calling extended family members to explore familial support and create genograms Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred Two years of human services experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check are required Your own reliable vehicle with insurance that meets our coverage limits is required Hours Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. We are hoping for flexibility to support parents’ individual schedules. We support a healthy work/life balance in this job. Compensation $22.00 - $25.75 hourly, dependent upon experience and education. Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life & Disability PTO begins accruing on your first day!
