Bankruptcy Attorney Requirements: Must have 2+ years of attorney experience, recent experience working in a large law firm, and New Jersey Bar Admission. Bankruptcy Specialist – Mortgage Loans The Bankruptcy Specialist is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of mortgage loans in active bankruptcy, ensuring all activities comply with federal bankruptcy laws and company policies. Monitor and manage loans throughout the bankruptcy process to minimize risk and protect investors' interests. Ensure compliance with investor, insurer, agency, and company guidelines. Hybrid Role – Jacksonville, FL This position focuses on mitigating bank losses through the collection, negotiation, and repayment of loans after charge‑off. It works closely with borrowers, management, and creditors. Bankruptcy Team Lead Monitor residential mortgage loans in the bankruptcy process to minimize potential losses. Lead and coordinate the bankruptcy team. Special Verticals – Legal Drafting Draft and prepare legal pleadings and/or correspondence for review and filing. Provide an overview of instruction and direction to junior staff. Bankruptcy Paralegal – Livingston Supports the client in Livingston by managing all phases of bankruptcy matters, ensuring efficient handling of pleadings, motions, and documentation. Bankruptcy Collections Specialist Monitors, manages, and processes bankruptcy cases to minimize potential losses, preserve lienholder interest, and maintain compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
