Night-Shift IT Help Desk Specialist (Tier 1/2)

RealmOne, based in Columbia, MD, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 service desk support under an enterprise IT contract. You will handle first contact resolution via phone, email and chat, record and track tickets, and communicate status updates to customers. Overnight shift and weekend/holiday coverage are required, with Security+CE and active clearance with polygraph.
