Contract RN - Emergency Department

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with weekends rotating.

Job Description

The Emergency Department (ED) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and manage patient care in the ED.
• Assist in urgent and critical procedures including LP, intubations, lac repairs, and more.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records using Meditech EMR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Must have TNCC and ENPC certifications by start date.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Preferred: Greater than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced emergency setting.
