Make a difference in the lives of students by supporting communication and language development as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting near Pittsford, NY. This contract position offers the chance to work closely with a diverse K-12 caseload (to be determined), providing assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators and families.

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

• Current New York SLP license required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for a range of student needs and grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Evaluate students’ communication abilities and contribute to comprehensive assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide guidance and resources to educators on supporting speech/language needs in the classroom
