Our awards include: Great Place To Work, Best of Senior Living Award, Innovative Programming in Senior Living.RequirementsRequirements:Required: Demonstrated success in a leadership role including exceeding financial and operational goalsPrefer: A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations role for Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and/or Skilled Nursing Facility environmentPrefer: Multi-site management in similar environmentRequired: The ability to travel throughout the assigned region as needed, some travel to include overnight staysRequired: Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilitiesRequired: Strong verbal and written communication skillsRequired: Experience with budgeting and schedulingRequired: Computer skills to include proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and OutlookTo learn more about this exciting opportunity, apply today!Legend Senior Living is a drug free workplace and drug screening will be conducted at the company's discretion.
