HR Generalist

In this role, you'll partner with employees and leadership across the organization to support a wide range of HR functions from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Human Resources Generalist responsibilities include: Serving as a trusted resource and primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries Leading onboarding and new hire orientation experiences Supporting recruiting efforts, including candidate screening and interviewing Assisting in administering benefits, compensation programs, and HR initiatives Maintaining HR systems, employee records, and supporting payroll processes Assisting with audits, credentialing, and compliance requirements Contributing to employee engagement and a positive workplace culture Minimum qualifications include: High School diploma or GED plus 5 years of healthcare administrative experience (or equivalent) At least 1 year of Human Resources experience Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred qualifications include: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) Knowledge of human resources policies and employment regulations Key skills for success include strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
