Human Resources Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ala Moana, HI, for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization and its clients. Responsibilities include employee recruitment, staff training and development, compliance auditing, performance management, and advising on best HR practices. The role also involves identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements while ensuring a positive workplace culture.
