About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Loan Operations to play a key role in the seamless management of bank debt and leveraged loan transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end servicing of bank loan assets, including trade instruction capture, settlement, and overseeing various lifecycle events. This pivotal position also involves proactively resolving transaction exceptions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address queries, and contributing to the implementation of new procedures and system improvements. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, with a minimum of 7 years' direct experience, particularly in bank debt and distressed loans. Proficiency in SS&C Geneva and Murex is preferred, with a required familiarity with Bloomberg. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem solver with strong analytical and organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
