Partner/Partner Track/Practice Leaders (Washington)

Compensation: $185,000 – $300,000 based on experience, plus bonus and commission

Growth Solutions Team is a small business consulting firm. We provide recruiting services to our clients. We are not a temporary agency nor a placement agency. All positions, including this one, are direct hires with our clients.

Our client, a well-established Maryland law firm, is actively seeking experienced attorneys who are ready for more than a traditional attorney role. The firm is looking for attorneys who want to help lead, grow, and strengthen key practice areas, including Family Law, Litigation, Estate Planning/Elder Law, and Business/Transactional Law. Open to other practice areas as well.

These opportunities are ideal for attorneys who are interested in taking on a practice leadership role, expanding an existing client base, mentoring other attorneys and staff, and helping shape the future direction of a growing firm. Positions may be structured at the Senior Attorney, Of Counsel, Partner Track, or Partner level depending on experience, leadership ability, and book of business.

The firm is especially interested in attorneys who have the ability and desire to serve as a practice leader. This may include overseeing client matters, developing referral relationships, managing or mentoring junior attorneys and support staff, contributing to business development, and helping establish systems, processes, and growth strategies within the practice area.

Compensation for attorneys with a significant book of business will be structured to align with the size, performance, and growth potential of that book and may exceed the stated base salary range.

Solo practitioners or small firms who may be interested in moving their practice under the umbrella of an established Maryland law firm are also encouraged to respond. The firm is open to creative structures and exploratory conversations for attorneys seeking greater administrative, marketing, staffing, and operational support while continuing to grow their practice.
