Role Overview This position involves providing compassionate, patient-centered nursing care, utilizing evidence-based practices and critical thinking. The nurse assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates care, ensuring individualized treatment and cultural sensitivity. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective interdisciplinary communication, promote teamwork, support performance improvement initiatives, and serve as a preceptor or mentor. Engage in evidence-based practice, research, and data collection to enhance patient outcomes. Participate in protocol development, resource management, and compliance with healthcare standards and policies. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and ability to react effectively in emergencies. Demonstrates knowledge of nursing theory, clinical procedures, and strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain records, collaborate with teams, and provide education at all patient levels.
