Job Title: QC Inspector

Shift: 2pm-1030pm M-F

Pay: $25-29/hr

Job Description

As a QC Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting materials using a variety of inspection tools in a cleanroom environment. You will ensure the quality of materials by performing First Article Inspections and preparing quality reports for customers.

Responsibilities

• Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height stands, drop gauges, dial indicators, profilometers, CMM, and vision systems like Keyence, Cognex, or Teledyne.
• Inspect materials in a cleanroom environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Interface with data collection systems and interact with ERP systems.
• Use MS Office for documentation and reporting.
• Perform First Article Inspections and compile quality reports for customers.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, height stands, drop gauges, dial indicators, profilometers, CMM, and vision systems.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with data collection systems and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a cleanroom environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform inspection tests as part of the interview process.

Work Environment

This position operates in a machine shop setting, requiring adherence to cleanroom protocols. Employees are expected to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and precision in their work.

This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.70/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Fremont,CA.
