Quality Control Inspector

Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a fast-growing privately held company in Pleasanton CA to recruit a Quality Control Inspector to work on a long-term basis. You will have a 3-day weekend as the work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6:30AM to 5:00PM a 10-hour shift.

Job Description: Will work in the first phase of our QC inspection process.

Responsibilities: Will work primarily on our Manufacturing floor: doing continuity/point to point inspections with a multimeter tool, inspecting assemblies for mechanical completion and defects, and reviewing Pre-Inspection Checklist sheets as provided in QC Staging Area. When they have completed these tasks, they will then be asked to roam the manufacturing floor, inspecting Work in Process (WIP) builds for defects or deviations from build plans.

Candidates do not have to be a highly experienced QC technician but some hands-on experience in the field is preferred. They will be detail and process oriented, able to read an electrical schematic, comfortable using a computer and reviewing multiple data sources and paperwork. Pay Rate range: between $27-$30/hour DOE.
