Paralegal PositionAntonyan Miranda, LLP is one of Southern California's premier family law firms, recognized for excellence in litigation, complex and high-asset matters, and five-star client service.We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our attorneys and legal teams through strong case management, document preparation, deadline tracking, and consistent follow-through. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing accurate, thorough work, maintains strong organization across active matters, and works effectively within established legal procedures in a fast-paced environment.Core ResponsibilitiesOrganize exhibits, lodgments, filings, and supporting materialsAssist with trial and hearing preparation, including coordinating materials, tracking deadlines, and supporting attorney readinessMaintain calendars and monitor court, discovery, filing, and internal deadlinesTrack case status, follow-up items, and outstanding tasks to help matters move forward efficientlyMaintain organized and accurate electronic and physical case filesCoordinate with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and other departments to support consistent legal operationsFollow established court procedures, filing requirements, and firm protocolsRequired Skills & AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple active matters and competing deadlinesStrong organization, prioritization, and follow-throughAbility to work collaboratively while taking ownership of assigned responsibilitiesOther RequirementsPrior experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a comparable legal support roleFamily law and/or litigation experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with California court procedures and filing requirements preferredParalegal certificate or other qualification meeting applicable California paralegal requirements preferredBenefits IncludeMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) matchPaid time offHealth Savings AccountEmployee Assistance ProgramLife insuranceDisability insuranceIf you are a detail-focused legal professional who values excellent work, strong teamwork, and five-star client service, we would love to hear from you.
