Senior Financial Analyst - Hybrid, Reconciliation & Reporting

Position Information The position provides administrative and financial support in compliance with federal, state, and campus guidelines for the CNAS Dean's Office and its departments. Responsibilities include ledger reconciliation, complex ad-hoc analysis and reporting, payroll reviews and audit, staffing management, and preparation of financial statements and related financial transactions. Full salary range: $75,900.00 – $137,300.00 annually. Expected pay scale: $75,900.00 – $86,000.00 annually. Requirements Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience/training. Experience Requirements 4 – 7 years of related experience. Minimum Requirements Thorough knowledge of finance policies, practices and systems. Proven interpersonal skills with peers throughout the organization; service orientation; critical thinking; attention to detail; ability to multi-task in a high volume environment; organizational skills. Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner both in writing and verbally. Ability to function as a member of a team. Proven ability to use spreadsheet and database software for complex financial analysis, fiscal management and financial reports. Ability to independently gather required information, organize, and perform financial analysis assignments. Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Thorough knowledge and understanding of internal control practices and their impact on protecting University resources. Preferred Qualifications No specific preferred qualifications listed.
