Strong ability to empathize, listen, and communicate effectively with customers. Self-motivated with the capability to work independently. Proficient in using various communication and marketing tools. Knowledge of online sales is advantageous but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a bonus.
