• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiting team for comprehensive assessments
• Maintain engagement with leads to keep them invested in their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate commission based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and placements made through your leads
