Your Responsibilities

* Identify suitable healthcare candidates leveraging our unique platform combined with your personal network

* Initiate contact with potential candidates to introduce opportunities at MLR and assess their interest

* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters to facilitate detailed screening

* Conduct follow-ups with leads to cultivate interest and assist in their hiring journey

* Keep precise and timely records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on meetings you set, interviews that take place, and hires from your leads

Your Compensation
