Your Responsibilities

• Discover potential healthcare candidates through our innovative platform and your own network
• Initiate contact with candidates, introducing them to the opportunities available at MLR and assessing their interest
• Arrange appointments for candidates to engage in deeper discussions with our recruiting team
• Follow up with leads to sustain interest and facilitate their hiring experience
• Keep meticulous and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on successful meetings set, interviews conducted, and the hires stemming from your leads
