Your responsibilities include:

• Initiate contact with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for more thorough evaluation
• Follow up with interested candidates to support their hiring journey
• Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the meetings you arrange, interviews that take place, and hires that result from your leads
