Your Responsibilities

* Identify potential healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your personal network

* Engage prospects to present MLR's opportunities and assess their interest

* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations

* Follow up with prospects to sustain their interest and facilitate the hiring process

* Ensure accurate and timely updates in our applicant tracking system

* Generate commission based on the meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires made from your leads

Your Compensation

This is a commission-only role based on performance, which means there is no limit to your earning potential and no glass ceiling to your success.

Your income will be correlated directly to the value you generate:
