• Experience: Prior CRNA experience preferred

What You ll Do:

• Administer anesthesia for general surgical cases, including pediatric and adult patients
• Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical and spinal procedures
• Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia as needed
• Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout surgical procedures
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams under direct supervision
• Maintain continuous patient monitoring during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
• Document all procedures accurately using Epic EMR
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Support emergency airway management as needed during surgeries
• Contribute to approximately 50 surgical cases daily

What You Need:

• Michigan RN/CRNA license or eligibility
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Prior anesthesia experience (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong patient management and communication skills
