- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with Clio preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the firms day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Coordinate and help maintain firm calendars, deadlines, appointments, reminders, and client/case information
- Oversee attorney timekeeping, billing, invoicing, and client billing processes
- Manage vendors, HR coordination, and process improvements
- Supervise front-office operations, including phone coverage, visitor reception, message handling, and client intake
- Maintain files, electronic case records, and document management systems
- Assist with case preparation, document review, organization of evidence and case materials
- Supervise electronic submissions, coordinate hearings, and communicate with court staff as needed
- Provide oversight and direction to administrative support staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of office and client-service functions
*Compensation will be commensurate with the applicant's experience.
