Working with a very well-established, family-owned business that has been operating for 25+ years and has a strong presence within airport franchise operations across the U.S.
???? This is an IN-OFFICE role
? This is NOT your typical 9 to 5 Executive Assistant opportunity
They are looking for someone highly reliable, organized, proactive, and able to jump in when things come up outside of normal business hours. If that does not fit your current lifestyle, this probably would not be the right fit.
???? One of the biggest keys to this role:
Being able to successfully manage multiple personalities and priorities at the C-suite / executive level while keeping everything moving smoothly behind the scenes.
This person will help support leadership, coordinate schedules/logistics, assist across multiple business operations, and become a true right-hand support person to the executive team.
? Looking for someone who:
Has strong Executive Assistant / high-level administrative experience
Can handle multiple executive personalities and shifting priorities
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Is dependable, responsive, and professional
Has reliable transportation
Can handle confidential information with discretion
Can wear multiple hats and pivot quickly when needed
