When you come to work for us, you can look forward to these added benefits and employee perks!ResponsibilitiesMust have dealership experience and know Reynolds & Reynolds Dealer management system.Heavy phone work, schedule Service appointments and great phone skills.Communicates with guests and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.Provide basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department.Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.Answers incoming phone calls.
