As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns. Monitor access to the location, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unauthorized entry attempts or other security-related incidents according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed. Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
