Procurement Coordinator

Recent graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain supplier pricing in ERP systemsManage contract databases and Excel tracking reportsSupport RFP/RFI administration and bid trackingResolve supplier invoice and pricing discrepanciesCollect and maintain product documentation and compliance recordsGenerate supplier performance and cost analysis reportsReview freight costs and support supply chain profitability initiativesConduct market research and assist sourcing projectsSupport vendor communications and internal reportingQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent sourcing/procurement experienceExperience supporting purchasing, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain functionsStrong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPsERP experience required; Oracle or SAP preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePointStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
