Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on lead generation, engaging with prospective customers, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, and driving sales growth. The role requires collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction in the United States medical market.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Inside Sales with strong skills in lead generation
• 3-5 years of Sales experience required
• Experience in Customer Service and focusing on Customer Satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability in Account Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous
• Knowledge of the medical market or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
