If you have advanced word processing skills and are hands-on team player, capable of successfully multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, we look forward to meeting you.Key ResponsibilitiesFormat, edit, and compile complex project related documents such as construction specifications, technical reports, and memosCoordinate production, distribution, and tracking of design and construction documents including plans and specifications, contractor submittals, meeting notes, and correspondenceType, revise and combine materials such as correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes, scientific or technical material, numerical data, and tabular information from rough draft, corrected copy or previous versionsEnsure deliverables are clear, concise, well organized, and accurateEnsure compliance with corporate branding and template standards as well as client standards and expectationsMonitor, track, and file large amounts of project documentation in accordance with project filing structure and corporate policiesProvide general office support including assistance with reception coverage, greeting employees and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and miscellaneous task/projects as requestedWork under minimal supervision and meet compressed deadlinesMaintain a professional approach and commitment to being an engaged team member and an active participant of our employee-owned culturePreferred QualificationsBachelors Degree in related field6 - 10 years related experiencePrior experience in construction or A/E industryAdvanced Outlook, MS Word. and Excel skillsProficiency with PDF creation software desired (Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat)Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software desiredExperience with VisiSpecs, SpecsIntact or similar software preferredCommitted to excellence in professionalism and customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skillsFlexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, well-organized and detail-orientedAbility to handle confidential informationFamiliarity with vibe coding macrosLocal candidates preferredRequired QualificationsAssociate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experienceA minimum of 3 years related experienceProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustPrimary Location: United States-North Carolina-CharlotteIndustry: AdministrativeSchedule: Full-timeEmployee Status: Regular BusinessClass : Marketing and Admin
