Position Purpose: Support the Midwest Regional Finance Lead (RFL) as Finance partner for the nine states in the region. Provide detailed analysis, participate in quarterly forecasting, and prepare executive-level presentations for business segment leaders. Duties include, but are not limited to: Creating monthly close packages, investigating and reporting forecast variances. Preparation and presentation of financial results to Medicare and Health Plan leaders at Monthly Operating Reviews. Performing financial membership forecasts and providing review/input into the actuarial forecast of gross margin. Preparation of documents for Quarterly Business Reviews with Medicare Executive leaders. Representing Midwest Region Finance in various meetings, providing guidance and participating in initiative ideation. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Education /Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required. Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred. 5+ years of experience in a related financial analysis role supporting business departments required. 3+ years of experience in a Healthcare environment preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Medicare experience preferred. Proficiency with Hyperion Essbase or OneStream preferred. Licenses and Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
