We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional care to patients in the home care setting. What You’ll Do Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and provide treatment to patients in accordance with physician orders, including recommending and facilitating the acquisition of adaptive equipment. Set measurable goals and design treatment plans aimed at helping patients achieve their highest possible level of independence and functional ability. Oversee Occupational Therapy Assistants in delivering direct patient care and related activities in compliance with the state practice act.
