The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirementsWhat You Need:Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experienceMinimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analyticsMinimum 3 years of experience in HR Strategy methods and SAP ImplementationsMinimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Joule, SAP automation, and SAP Analytics Cloud for HRBachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)Bonus Points If:You have strong knowledge of SuccessFactors module integrationsYou have experience leading specific workstreams (Data Conversion, Testing, Functional/Technical Integrations)You’ve completed certification in multiple SuccessFactors modulesMaster proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.Advanced proficiency in Solution Architecture.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
