Position Summary
We are searching for a professional and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Representative to assist customers with parking service inquiries and support operational coordination in Cincinnati, OH.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from customers regarding parking services and locations.
* Provide clear information about parking procedures, access, and assistance.
* Document customer inquiries and service requests.
* Route calls or issues to appropriate supervisors or teams.
* Maintain accurate records of calls and service interactions.
* Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
* Basic computer and data entry abilities.
* Ability to handle multiple calls in a professional manner.
* Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
