Associate Attorney

Company Description: Zeichman Law is a boutique law firm based in Palm Beach County, providing tailored legal services to clients in Florida and across the United States. The firm's focus is on financially distressed situations representing creditors, debtors, sellers, and purchasers. Role Description The associate attorney will work on a full-time, on-site basis in Boca Raton, FL. Remote possible under the right circumstances. The attorney will research, write, and participate in hearings. We believe strong litigators can be effective deal drafters too. A portion of this role will involve preparing deal documents, loan instruments, and commercial contracts. Client interaction expected. Qualifications 3+ years of legal practice or a clerkship Excellent research and writing skills Effective negotiation abilities, with confidence in engaging with opposing counsel and participating in settlement discussions J.D. from an accredited law school Effective communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and organization.
