HVAC Comfort Advisor

At Beacon, we've built a team that sets a high standard and we're looking for someone who can help homeowners make confident decisions about one of the biggest investments in their home. We're seeking an experienced HVAC Equipment Specialist with 4–5 years of residential HVAC experience to help homeowners throughout our Northern Virginia service area determine when repair is no longer the best option and guide them through choosing the right replacement system. We’re looking for an HVAC professional first and a salesperson second. This isn't a cold‑calling sales position. You'll meet with homeowners who already need solutions, educate them on their options, and build trust through your knowledge and professionalism. Success in this role comes from understanding HVAC systems, listening to homeowners' needs, and presenting solutions that truly fit their home and budget.
