Accounts Payable ClerkLocation: Onsite, Aurora, OH, 44202 Pay: $25/hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Length: up to 6 – months contract Join our dynamic finance team as an Accounts Payable Clerk and become a vital part of our company's financial operations. You will support the accounting department by processing transactions, maintaining vendor records, and assisting with financial reporting. If you're passionate about accuracy and efficiency, we want to hear from you!Must Haves:Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experienceProficiency with ERP financial softwareStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Required Skills:Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experienceProficiency with ERP financial softwareStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to code invoices, vouchers, expense reports accuratelyExcellent investigation and problem-solving skills related to processing invoices and purchase ordersExperience processing ACH transactions and wire transfersAbility to support monthly reports, closings, and vendor record maintenance1099 familiarity, processing and monthly commission reportingNice to Have Skills:Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldExperience working onsite in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and proceduresAdditional certifications such as CPA or QuickBooks proficiencyPreferred Education and Experience:High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 2 years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate settingExperience working with ERP systems and financial softwareOther Requirements:Ability to pass a background check and drug screeningEagerness to contribute to team success and support departmental tasksTake the next step in your career by applying today!
