Job Location Bel Air, MD, USA Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Yes ABA Therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our clinicians to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. This is a part-time opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families. Responsibilities Implement behavioral interventions and strategies in a one-on-one setting with clients, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, as well as maintain accurate records of sessions and treatment plans Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing support and training to clients and their families Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment, adhering to all program protocols and procedures Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Part-time hours available; some evenings and weekends may be required Competitive Pay- $22-$30 hourly About the Role As a Registered Behavior Technician at Yes ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
