Oscar is hiring a Case Manager to join our Complex Case Management team. The Case Manager will educate members, evaluate Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), and connect individuals with community resources while contributing to process improvement initiatives. This is a remote position open to multiple states; occasional travel may be required for meetings and events. A minimum of 2+ years clinical care management, 1+ years care coordination, and an active US RN license or MSW are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr name
